The story behind Factfinders
Ruud, founded Factfinders after years of working with organisations that had plenty of data, but struggled to turn it into clear decisions, confident teams and meaningful progress.
What he kept seeing was this: data initiatives failed not because of technology, but because people weren’t supported in how to use data. They needed practical guidance, behaviour change, better communication and a clear rhythm.
Factfinders was created to fix exactly that — a human-first, action-oriented partner that helps organisations genuinely become data-driven. Not with buzzwords, but with habits, clarity and real, measurable outcomes.
